Snickers salad is my ultimate go-to dish for potlucks and get togethers of any kind. With just 5 ingredients, it’s pretty hard to screw up and can be thrown together last minute!
3 large braeburn apples chopped into 1/2-1 inch pieces
One bag of fun size snickers (approx 13 oz., you can also use regular size snickers bars).
1 large pkg. of instant sugar free vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1 tub light whipped topping
Thaw cool whip for 10 minutes. Chop apples into 1/2- 1 inch pieces. Set aside. Chop snickers in half for fun size candy bars, if using regular size snickers, chop into 1/2 inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding, 2 cups milk and whisk until pudding is glossy and all mixed in. Mix in thawed whipped topping using a spatula and mix until smooth. A whisk may also be helpful here to break up the whipped topping clumps.
Add in apples and snickers and mix well. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
