Happy Fat Tuesday! How about another skinny smoothie for grand ol’ event? We’re back again this week with another recipe from Smoothies By Amy.
In case you forgot, Amy is one of my college roommates and has been on a quest to “drink” more vegetables! She’s got quite the collection of recipes that she is sharing here every week. Here are a few she’s shared so far:

…Blackberry Kiwi Smoothie!!
Ingredients for Blackberry Kiwi Smoothie:
1 stick of celery
1 Tbsp. flaxseed
>1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
Blend in a single serve blender until desired consistency is reached. Refridgerate for an hour OR use frozen fruit for desired “coldness”!

After this one, I realized that celery is the best vegetable to put in a smoothie, as its taste is not very harsh at all and the fruits really come through.
